Vegan chocolate smoothie bowl recipe

I am actually obsessed with smoothie bowls. They are super nutritious and the perfect healthy alternative for when you are craving ice cream or something sweet. Especially in summer, I basically have a smoothie bowl every morning for breakfast. Flavour wise, chocolate has got to be my favourite, so I thought I would share my all time favourite vegan chocolate smoothie bowl recipe with you.

Ingredients for 1 portion:

For the smoothie

3-4 frozen bananas

Plant based milk (rice milk, almond milk, soy milk etc.)

3-4 medjool dates

1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon of maca powder

1 teaspoon of peanut butter


These are totally up to you. For my smoothie bowl I used the following:



Shredded coconut

Cacao Nibs

Das sieht super super lecker aus! Ich mache mir so ähnlich auch gerne meinen Schoko-Bananen Smoothie, nur ohne Peanut Butter und Maca 🙂
Ich liebe das T-Shirt das du im Video trägst, gelb ist gerade ja total im kommen und ich möchte unbedingt auch, dass etwas gelbes in meinen Kleiderschrank zieht! Die Farbe schreit einfach nach Sommer und macht glücklich 🙂 Allerdings muss man bei blonden Haaren ein bisschen nach einer passenden Nuance suchen… hoffentlich finde ich was 😀
