I completely agree with the quote above. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day, and I think having a healthy breakfast is a great way to kick-start your day. As I currently have a lot ripe bananas at home, I have been having this banana smoothie bowl for breakfast a lot. So if you are curious how I made this healthy vegan breakfast, keep reading
For this smoothie bowl you will need:
-6 ripe bananas (more/less depending on how hungry you feel)
-toppings of your choice (I used raspberries and pomegranate seeds)
Start off by blending 5 bananas with half a teaspoon of vanilla powder, so that it turns into a smoothie like consistency. Place that “smoothie” into a bowl and top with with another banana and the other toppings of your choice. Finish by sprinkling it with some cinnamon. Voilà- you got yourself a super delicious and nutritious breakfast!
