Vegan breakfast inspiration: creamy coconut, banana oatmeal

Oatmeal has got to be my current favourite breakfast. Not only is it super filling and delicious, it is also such a healthy option. If you are looking for vegan breakfast inspiration, you need to try out these creamy coconut, banana oats.


Ingredients for 1 portion:

For the oats

Half a cup of oats (roughly 70 gram)

1 cup of water

Half a banana (smashed)

1 Tablespoon of coconut milk

1 Teaspoon of agave syrup



These are totally up to you. For my oats I used the following:

Cacao Nibs

Mulberries, Granola or anything crunchy really

Cut up medjool dates

The other half of the banana (sliced)

More coconut milk

Ich esse meine Porridge am liebsten mit dunklem Cacao, Zimt und Hafermilch und darüber gebe ich Birne und Banane 🙂 das schmeckt so so lecker und leicht schokoladig!
Dein Rezept hört sich aber auch total lecker an! Vor allem mit der Kokosmilch stelle ich mir das super cremig und sehr lecker vor 🙂 werde ich mal ausprobieren!
